Meeting Copilot is the direction for live assistance during calls, where Echo can surface useful hints from a knowledge base while the conversation is happening.

A separate workspace for live call assistance: during a meeting it can surface hints from your knowledge base for sales, technical teams, and any conversation that depends on company data.

What it is

●A dedicated workspace for calls and meetings, not just another dictation mode.
●A way to surface relevant knowledge-base context while a conversation is in progress.
●A layer on top of meetings that helps people answer with more confidence and less searching.

Where it helps

●Sales calls that require quick access to product, pricing, or process details.
●Technical calls where the team needs company context, implementation details, or structured internal knowledge.
●Any conversation where fast access to company data changes the quality of the discussion.

Current status

●The workspace direction is already visible in the product architecture.
●It is not yet positioned as a fully finished shipping feature in Echo 2.0.
●The next step is live knowledge-base guidance on top of Meeting Transcription workflows.
